Todos sabem que o o Rei do Pop Michael Jackson faleceu no último dia 25 de junho, quinta feira, de um ataque cardíaco. O mundo ficou chocado com a notícia da perda. Os irmãos Hanson deixaram uma nota no site oficial da banda comentando o fato:

We were all in the studio working today when all the sudden all our phones started going off. One friend wrote. "Michael Jackson just died from a heart attack!! ... My childhood just died". None of us could believe this.

It is difficult to think of a more significant loss from the passing of an icon, than that of Michael Jackson. His entire 40 year career has been one of the greatest inspirations to our music. In the early part of our career he and his brothers helped motivate us to pursue music regardless of our age. He was an unequaled talent who set the bar for how music can effect the world, we join the millions of music fans, mourning the passing of this true great!
